Principal and Driver
Stuart is an accountant and businessman. He has over 25 years’ experience in private practice. He sits on the board of the local IOD and various charities. He has over 40 years’ involvement in sustainability and economically environmental solutions to business issues.
He was the first man to drive around both the UK and Iceland in an EV, proving that range anxiety exists in the mind……not reality.
He has presented in the UK, Iceland and Australia. He believes in evolution not revolution and is a strong advocate of the theory of “Environmentally sustainable, economically viable”.
Change Management Consultant
Robbie is a dedicated CM Consultant specialising in Organisational Development for all businesses.
He has successfully run his own business for 10 years. Prior to that, he worked for nearly 20 years in various corporate organisations in the UK in a range of management positions.
Robbie has that rare ability to analyse quickly and effectively the needs and requirements of the client. At Stuart Mcbain Ltd, his main role is to facilitate and write the bespoke CMP for client as well as plan the delivery and monitor its success with the rest of the team.
Research, analysis and academic rigour and validation.
Roland is currently completing his PHD at the University of Liverpool.
His main research areas include sustainable entrepreneurship, opportunity identification and CSR strategy.
Roland can draw on 3 years’ commercial experience in the IT world before returning to academia.

At Stuart McBain Ltd, we are currently developing a CSR tool to help SMEs prepare for the future.
The tool itself is directly linked with the financial reporting of an organisation but it is different as it will ”measure” the CSR impact.
Many organisations of all sizes are showing an increased interest in CSR. However, some unfortunately more by accident than design.

Saracens Rugby Club
Saracens High School is an example of a corporate social responsibility policy as it focuses on sustaining the wellbeing of the local community.
Enforcing four key principles in the ethos of the school creates a focus to the school and can therefore be measured through OFSTED of its success and continual areas of improvement.
